The Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development opens the Validation workshop of the Basic Framer’s Manual today 22/11/2023 at Djeuga Palace. This manual will go a long way in improving the development of agricultural production and productivity at the regional level, achieve the second- generation agriculture, which broadly intended to generate sustainable and environmentally friendly growth in the sector, with the aim of ensuring food sovereignty and the countrys food and nutrition security through a rational balanced modernation of production . At the end of the workshop, the minister calls on all regional delegates to take the exercise seriously and put it into practice.
