Bilingualism in MINADER:
The National Commission for the Promotion of Bilingualism and Multiculturalism (NCPBM) congratulates the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MINADER) for its outstanding commitment in the promotion and operationalisation of bilingualism within its central and external services, as well as in the Companies, Projects and Programmes under its supervision. The NCPBM therefore sees MINADER as a model to be emulated in the practice of official bilingualism in Cameroon.
