The adverse effects of climate change are now perceptible across the country&rsquo;s five agro-ecological zones in many socio-economic development sectors. In order to enable the population to adjust and adapt to the adverse effects and risks associated with these changes, the National Observatory on Climate Change (NOCC) has prepared its 20th Climate Parameter Forecast Bulletin for the five agro-ecological zones of Cameroon.
