The objective of the procedures manual on agricultural inputs and equipment subsidies approved and promulgated on 28 August 2019 by order No 068 of the Prime Minister , Chief of Government, is to serve as a reference document for all MINADER structures (operational, internal and those under its supervisory authority), sectoral organisations partnering with the agricultural sector and subsidies applicants. This manual presents the Ministry\u2019s vision on State subsidies for the development of national agriculture and translates in practical terms our desire to promote greater transparency, traceability and equity in this area. <\/p>\n\n\n
L\u2019objectif du manuel de proc\u00e9dures de subvention des intrants et \u00e9quipements agricoles productifs, approuv\u00e9 et rendu officiellement ex\u00e9cutoire le 28 Ao\u00fbt 2019 par arr\u00eat\u00e9 n\u00b0 068 du Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement, est de servir de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour toutes les structures op\u00e9rationnelles internes ou sous tutelle du MINADER, pour les sectoriels partenaires du secteur agricole et pour les candidats au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des subventions. Ce manuel refl\u00e8te la vision de mon D\u00e9partement Minist\u00e9riel en mati\u00e8re de subvention de l\u2019\u00c9tat pour l\u2019essor de l\u2019agriculture nationale et la traduction pratique de notre volont\u00e9 d\u2019impulser plus de transparence, de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n\n\n
